want to buy automatic shotgun cartridge (12 gauge) reloading


I am looking for the machine for assembling shotgun cartridge (12 GAUGE).
Therefore, I would like to ask you for help. If you have this machine, please give I the quotation. If not, please give us the suggestion where we can buy this machine.

The requirement of machine is showed as follow.

- Automatically feed shell (or bullet jacket)
- Check wrong position (such as up side down) and height of shell
- Check end insulator
- Contain propellant
- Check the containing propellant to shell
- Open mouth of shell for easier contain other part to cartridge
- Automatically convey wad
- Check the level of height of low of wad and check up side down
- Feed wad into shell
- Check wad which contained in shell
- Contain shot(s)
- Check the quantity of shot
- Automatically feed end cover plate
- Make crimp at the mouth of shell
- Compress crimp at the mouth of shell
- Grind the mouth of shell after compressing crimp completed
- Final check
- Adjust cartridge direction and convey to contain into cartridge box

I really think this kind of machine costs upwards of ten thousand dollars. Just a guess though. Are you willing to pay that much?

There are shotgun reloading benches, as debaser provides, but the level of automation you're demanding will run WAY past tens of thousands of dollars. You're not likely to find that level of quality control at a shell manufacturing plant.

You could buy a lifetime supply of shotgun shells for how much that machine would probably cost.

It would probably be cheapest to get a regular reloading bench and then pay someone to make the shells for you if you can't be bothered.

What you described is an entire factory assembly line! Like Painted said, I've heard those machines cost more than a new car. I would just keep buying your shells, or purchase one of those machines Debaser linked.

I don't think that we're the proper venue for what you're looking for, if I understand it right. Therefore, I'm going to close this thread. You need to check with industrial manufacturers; that's not us.
