AA12 automatic shotgun

I have absolutely no need for this weapon, which is why I want one.

Is it legal to own one of those?

I would imagine that w/ a class 3 license it would be legal to own.

t is not full auto, and holds 10 rounds or less, it should be fine- provided you are not in california or NJ - more than 10 rounds in a shotgun MAY cause the BATF to decide its a destructive device and therefore restricted, full auto is a no no without a tax stamp- BTW its a class three weapon, it DOES NOT require a class three license to own- you apply for the transfer, and pay about 200 dollars for the tax stamp... note that some states prohibit private citizens from owning a full auto weapon......

Get a Tromix Saiga 12 instead.

http://www.tromix.com/Welcome.htm

MUCH cheaper, no stamp... and the same amount of fun.

Any manufacturer who calls their product a 'lead delivery system' must be making something badass

Go for it, brother!

The Saiga 12 is based on the all-that-and-a-bag-of-chips rugged AK-47 design, shoots just about any 12 gauge combat ammunition you can fit in the mags... and you can empty said 10-round mags as fast as you pull the trigger!

Educate yourself about the AA12 here: http://world.guns.ru/shotgun/sh29-e.htm

That Saiga 12 shoots amazingly fast!! It looks to have a lot of recoil compared to the aa12 though.

Consider the weight and recoil mechanism of the two different weapons.

The type of shoulder stock and ammunition can reduce recoil substantially.
